Couples therapy​

Based in Amsterdam, I offer face-to-face or virtual therapy in English to help strengthen your relationship.

Using tools like the Gottman Method, I’ll guide you in recognizing and overcoming harmful patterns, such as the Four Horsemen, while fostering positive communication and trust. Let’s work together to create a stronger, healthier relationship.

Individual therapy

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health challenges, I offer one-on-one support in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. 

As a therapist and a life coach, I also work with individuals who seek to improve their overall mental health fitness. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

I use evidence-based treatments, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift negative thought patterns, reducing anxiety, depression, and stress.
  • EMDR to process trauma and facilitate healing.

Parenting a child with challenges like ADHD, Autism, or Oppositional Defiance can feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotions, develop strategies, and build skills to manage behaviors and foster growth. My goal is to help you feel more confident and resilient while navigating these demands.

If you need help managing behaviors or advocating for your child’s needs, I’m here for you. Together, we’ll create strategies to strengthen your parenting skills and emotional well-being, fostering a positive dynamic for you and your child.

With over 13 years of experience, including working in high-pressure environments with the Australian Defence Force, including a two-year stint posted to Special Forces, I offer tailored life coaching to help individuals build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve personal growth. I have led seminars and training sessions for professionals from all walks of life—including healthcare workers, startup entrepreneurs, and special forces personnel—giving me a deep understanding of the unique pressures individuals face in both their personal and professional lives. My approach is designed to support mental fitness, helping you prevent or recover from burnout, manage prolonged stress, and overcome mental exhaustion or occupational burnout.
