Couples therapy​

Individual therapy

If you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, or other mental health challenges, I provide one-on-one support in a safe, non-judgmental space. Alongside my work as a therapist, I also offer life coaching for individuals looking to strengthen their mental well-being and build resilience. My approach is always tailored to your needs, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools that work for you.

I use evidence-based treatments, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift negative thought patterns and manage anxiety, depression, and stress.

With over 13 years of experience, including working in high-pressure environments with the Australian Defence Force, including a two-year stint posted to Special Forces, I offer tailored life coaching to help individuals build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve personal growth. I have led seminars and training sessions for professionals from all walks of life—including healthcare workers, startup entrepreneurs, and special forces personnel—giving me a deep understanding of the unique pressures individuals face in both their personal and professional lives. My approach is designed to support mental fitness, helping you prevent or recover from burnout, manage prolonged stress, and overcome mental exhaustion or occupational burnout.
